**ONLINE STORE TERMS

We could not deliver to the address provided.
We may ask for proof of identification or proof of billing address due to security reasons in our measure to prevent fraudulent orders from being processed.

**GIFT CARDS

Traiders Manufacturing Company e-gift cards are issued by TMCO Retail & Internet, LLC. These terms and conditions (the “Gift Card Terms”) apply to all digital and physical Gift Cards (each a “Gift Card” or collectively, "Gift Cards") purchased, obtained, redeemed, or used in the United States and its territories. Your purchase, acceptance, or use of a Gift Card constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Gift Card Terms.


REDEMPTION

Gift Cards are redeemable towards the purchase of eligible goods and services online at traidersco.com and in the Traiders Manufacturing Company US Pop-Up stores. Eligible goods and services, and affiliated properties, are subject to change in our sole discretion. If a purchase exceeds the balance on your Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. Upon redemption, any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card for future purchases.


LIMITATIONS

Gift Cards cannot be returned; resold; cancelled; used to purchase other Gift Cards; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional, or commercial purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; or redeemed for cash or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law). Gift Cards may not be applied toward the purchase of goods or services anywhere other than traidersco.com or in Traiders Manufacturing Company
Pop-up stores.

EXPIRATION & FEES

Gift Cards do not expire, and there are no fees associated with any Gift Cards.


VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS

If you violate these Gift Card Terms, we suspect or believe that a Gift Card was obtained, used, or applied to a purchase fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these Gift Card Terms, or use any Gift Card in a manner that we suspect or believe is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Traiders Manufacturing Company, its affiliates, or its customers, we reserve the right, without notice to you, to cancel, hold, void, or refuse to accept such Gift Cards without a refund, suspend or terminate accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment.


RISK OF LOSS

Title and risk of loss for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or the designated recipient, or at the time of purchase for in-person transactions, whichever is applicable. You are responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card from unauthorized use. Traiders Manufacturing Company will not be responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. Traiders Manufacturing Company is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.

TRAIDERS MANUFACTURING COMPANY HAS A STRICT RETURN POLICY

**ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A MARKDOWN SALE OR AT A DISCOUNT ARE FINAL SALE PRODUCTS AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS

**ITEMS PURCHASED FROM TRAIDERS MANUFACTURING COMPANY USA OR TRAIDERS WORLD RENOWNED ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PURCHASE.
We will only accept items (unless otherwise noted) for store credit within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags still attached. All shipping charges for exchanges or store credit are to be covered by the customer.

At this time, we are unable to accept returns for magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, software, or flammable liquids or gases. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit; we highly suggest that you use a courier with a trackable shipping service.

Once the item has been returned to us and processed, you will receive your store credit via email. Online credits are valid for use at any pop-up store location, select events and online at www.traidersco.com.

**ALL OTHER SALES ARE FINAL.
Any purchase from Traiders Manufacturing Company and Traiders World Renowned Exclusive collections or collaborations are final sale without exception. Purchases from third-party brands including, but not limited to, Interstate Traiders and International Traffic are final sale.

Shipping Method 

Orders may be shipped with multiple carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Please note orders take approximately 2-4 Weeks to process before shipping (this includes all forms of shipping). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Tracking an Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.

Canada

Online order shipping to Canada is temporarily suspended until further notice.

Do you accept returns? 

While many of our products are final sale, we are willing to accommodate exchanges and returns for store credit in some instances. Please read our full return policy here.

Do you ship internationally?

www.traiderscp.com is exclusively for orders within the U.S. only. For orders within Europe please visit traidersco.eu , Unfortunately we cannot accept orders from Japan.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. We also accept payments via Paypal and Apple Pay. No account sign up is required and it is free. Cancellation Policy We do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders are final and no changes can be made to the order after submission.

Can I change my shipping address?

We cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed. Doing so voids our protections against fraud and theft.

If I buy an item online, can I return it in-store?

Sorry, but if you place your order online, your merchandise must be mailed back to us for returns processing. We do not process web returns at our flagship store

Can you take off the signature requirement for my package?

Unfortunately we can not waive the signature requirement for deliveries $100 and over. Carriers cannot waive signature requirements. I could not place an order, but my account was charged.

What happened to my order?

If the order did not successfully go through, the order was not placed. If you see a charge on your account, it is a pending hold that should clear with 24-48 hours.

PAYMENT

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
